How We Work

First we understand how you think about your wealth. Only then do we say what we would change.

Working together does not begin with a product presentation. We build the strategy from your goals, your decisions and your overall wealth situation.

Key idea

We do not want to speak with you for the first time when a decision already has to be made. We work together long-term so that we are prepared for the important decisions in time.

01

A short phone or online consultation

You choose when we may contact you. In a short conversation we learn what question you need help with, what decision you are facing and why you want to change something now.

This conversation has a single purpose: to decide whether a detailed personal meeting makes sense in your situation and within the wealth management we represent.

  • At the end of the conversation: both sides clearly see whether it makes sense to continue.
02

Introductory personal meeting

The aim of the first personal meeting is for you to gain an accurate picture of us — and for us to understand what questions and expectations brought you to us.

We introduce the company, how our wealth management service works, our professional approach, the course of the partnership and its framework. We then briefly discuss what you want to achieve with your wealth, which decisions occupy you and in which areas you expect our help.

  • If the situation and time allow, we can begin the detailed financial audit at this meeting. For a more complex wealth situation, we set aside a separate consultation for it.
03

Personal financial audit

During the financial audit we map your entire wealth and financial situation in detail. We examine not only what assets you hold, but also what life you want to fund from your wealth, what goals you want to achieve, what you want to protect and what risks you are willing to bear.

The result of the audit is a clear picture of how the wealth is structured today, what role its individual parts play, where the weak points are and in which areas change is needed.

The goal: for wealth to serve your life and your goals — not for you to constantly adapt to your wealth.

04

Presentation of your personal financial strategy

Based on the audit, we prepare and personally present your comprehensive financial and wealth strategy. We show the strengths, risks and hidden interdependencies of the current structure — and, through concrete scenarios, how the management, protection and investment of your wealth can become more effective, clearer and more resilient.

Among other things, the strategy answers:

  • where the wealth is too concentrated;
  • what liquidity is needed for the family and the business to operate safely;
  • how to build or restructure the investment portfolio;
  • how the business, private wealth, real estate and financing should fit together;
  • in what order the changes should be implemented;
  • where a legal, tax or other external expert needs to be involved.

We do not present a single mandatory solution. We show alternatives, consequences and clear decision points so that you understand exactly what we propose, why and in what order.

05

Implementation — putting the strategy into practice

A strategy only creates value if it is consistently implemented in practice.

In this phase we:

  • build or restructure the investment portfolio;
  • create the necessary liquidity reserves;
  • align credit and financial decisions;
  • resolve the necessary insurance questions and asset protection;
  • involve and coordinate legal, tax and other external experts;
  • define the rules for monitoring the portfolio, rebalancing and future decisions.

The goal is not the purchase of separate financial products, but a unified structure in which every part of the wealth serves the same long-term goals.

06

Long-term active wealth management

A wealth strategy is not a one-off document, but a continuously managed system. Markets, the business, the family situation, the tax environment and life goals change — and the strategy must keep pace.

The long-term partnership includes:

  • a quarterly personal strategy meeting at which we evaluate changes, decisions taken and priorities for the next period;
  • a weekly economic briefing that, instead of noise, interprets the events relevant to the markets and your wealth;
  • a monthly statement of investments and total wealth with an overview of the portfolio's state and the progress of the strategy;
  • ongoing expert consultations before major financial decisions, new investments, financing or a change in life situation;
  • free attendance at Ábel Dudás's expert lectures and exclusive client events.

We do not give one-off advice. We take part in managing your wealth over the long term and make sure the strategy serves your goals even as conditions change.

Fees and alignment of interests

Wealth management is a paid service.

Our remuneration comes exclusively from our clients. We accept no commissions or other remuneration from any bank, insurer, investment company or other financial institution.

This is precisely what creates the basis for a partnership centred not on an institution's offering, but on your entire wealth and your long-term interest. The exact scope of the service and the fee are clearly agreed before the mandate is granted.
